Versa3 no longer syncing with Trainereze app

Until a week ago I was able to sync all my data to the Trainereze App, and then it stopped.

i checked both firmware and software were up to date on both apps.

looking at compatible devices on FitBit, Trainereze is listed, however now when I click on it there is a message ‘not available for this device’

Is this a FitBit big?

Hi @SueJ3 I'm not sure what the "it" is that you are clicking on. 

As for the Fitbit Integration with Trainereze I would contact them. They handle this link, not Fitbit.
