I am a part of a corporate wellness program with Virgin Pulse and I cannot seem to get my Charge 2 to connect when I have successfully done so with another company's wellness program in the past. Please help!

Best AnswerFigured out the issue. My previous account with another company was still connected to my FitBit so I had to log into the old account and disconnect my FitBit before trying again on my new Virgin Pulse account.
