Virgin Pulse Health program with Company

Hello,

 

I'm having an issues connecting my fitbit to my employers Virgin Pulse health program.  any suggestions?

Please make sure you followed this procedure to connect your Fitbit account to Virgin Pulse: 

 

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration, such as MyFitnessPal, Endomondo, or Runkeeper.
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

I did just what you suggested. Went on the Virgin plus app and followed the instructions and when I logged into my Fitbit account it seemed like it was starting to work but then just bounced back to the blank login screen w/o any indication that it did or didn’t work or why. Since I mostly bought the Fitbit because it was supposed to link to the app my company chose it’s very frustrating that it doesn’t work

I see where your frustration is coming from. Please try clearing cache, log back into the Fitbit account and follow the procedure mentioned above.
