My Charge2 steps are reading on the device, my Fitbit is reading on my app, why is it not tracking on both MyFitnessPal? And it's not just today... it is every single day. it is not syncing with MyFitnessPal app and I have turned off all the apps resync them. disconnected them and resync them again. Done this 7 fingers already!!!. This is aggravating and very close to dropping Fitbit all together. this is BS. I did not have this issue with the old app OR standard Charge.

First let me say that Fitbit is not responsible or able to help with connections to third party apps, this is the responsibility of the third party.

Now if this doesn't work you will need to contact MyFitnessPal they are the ones who setup and maintain the link, Fitbit simply provides the doorway.
