Was Fitbit data updated to Strava?

Hey everyone, I have managed to finally get Fitbit and Strava working together but now realised after about a week that the data being uploaded to Strava isn’t the same as Fitbit, it’s almost like there is a lag from the time I start Fitbit. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if there is a way to solve this or maybe it’s just the way it is?

Updated subject for clarity

@Julian.Marques Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

It's great to hear that you linked Fitbit with Strava. I've moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.

The information shared between Strava and Fitbit hasn't changed, please check below the data that's going to sync:

From Fitbit to Strava:
  • Activity recorded with GPS on Fitbit
From Strava to Fitbit:
  • Any GPS activity recorded to Strava account

If you're seeing that the activities synced to Strava contain different data than what's tracked, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Julian.Marques Thanks for taking the time to post screenshots of the runs. I apologize for the delayed in my reply.

I would like you to unlink Strava and Fitbit and then link them back again. Once you have them linked, please perform another activity and check if the data transfers correctly.
