Weight Data - Withings Scale / Health Mate App

Weight data isn't being loaded from my Withings scale through Health Mate.  The Health Mate and Fitbit accounts are still linked and have permissions, but none of the data post August 16th is showing up within the Fitbit app. Any fixes or ideas would be most welcome. Thank you.

Fitbit's reply is "We’re aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the near future."  I interpreted this as they disconnected it and they don't intend to put it back.  I replied they should just tell the truth so we could make decisions and move on.  Their second reply was "Our team is still doing their best to fix this issue as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding."  

Sounds a lot different than the first answer.  So what are we to believe, it's been broken for almost a month now.
