I am trying to connect my Greater Goods Weight Gurus account to my Fitbit account but each time I attempt to setup the integration I receive the following error message in a loop:
"Sorry, it looks like something went wrong. You can go back to the Weight Gurus app to try again"
I'd be grateful for any support

Fitbit must have changed they way 3rd party connect to your account. Other apps are having the same issue. Unfortunately we have to wait till they get it together. And manually enter information

It does seem to be a Fitbit problem. Weight Gurus will sync to MyFitnessPal with no problems. MyFitnessPal nor Weight Gurus weight will not sync to Fitbit. Food will sync with Fitbit. I think that they are trying to get us all to buy their scales!

Not a enough of a reason to switch imo, I get the frustration though. Hopefully it's fixed soon, id like to not manually enter info if I don't have to. But currently entering info every time I hopp on the scale.

I'm glad its not just me, but yes, this is frustrating. I'm experiencing the exact same issue within the same time frame everyone else said too.

November 13th... issue still not resolved. My last weight sync was about a month ago. Tried trouble shooting myself, but nothing has resolved the problem. A month has passed, and Weight Gurus still hasn't fixed this.

I received an email reply on my support ticket from greater goods stating that they're done with the testing process and are expecting the update in a day or two. That was 4 days ago but I still haven't been able to connect.

I had to go into the Google Play Store and manually update my Weight Gurus app, and now I am able to connect my scale to Fitbit again. This is working now on Android 16 on a Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

Check in the app store to see if you have an update available for the Weight Gurus app. As soon as I downloaded the update I was able to re-intregrate it to Fitbit app.
