Weight Watchers syncing and un-revoking access

Hi all.  I'm hoping someone can help me.  My WW (Weight Watchers) app stopped receiving information from FitBit (I have just read that WW is having problems on their end, but I didn't know it at the time).  I decided to disconnect FitBit from WW and try to disconnect it everywhere, so I could start fresh and see if it would start sending my info to WW.  Well, on my FitBit dashboard, I revoked the WW app's access.  The problem is now that WW is no longer showing up in the dashboard as a third party app.  I have reconnected through WW, but it isn't asking for my FitBit credentials, as it did before.  How do I UNrevoke the WW app.  I want to allow it as a third party app again.  Anyone?

I did this and it now shows that ww is accessing my fitbit info in my fitbit app (which it was not doing before). My activity info still isn't showing up in my WW app, even though the WW app is showing my Fitbit device is connected.

I am so frustrated trying to do this as well. I revoked access, cleared browser, turned phone off and on , reinstalled Fitbit...Fitbit is showing up on my WW device even though I revoked access and will not delete. I get a 500 error deleting device review logs, message. I contacted Fitbit and WW with no luck. Been trying for days

I remember this being so frustrating! It’s been a while and I can’t really remember exactly what I did, but for me, my problem was that I had an account on both my phone and laptop, and when I was trying to revoke access, I was only doing it on one device (my phone). I had to make sure it was on both and then I tried again. Not sure if this is any help or not. Good luck!!

How do you revoke access on your phone? I dont see this anywhere on my fitbit ap. I have revoked it on my computer, and attempted to reconnect and its not asking for my fitbit info when i connect my fitbit in ww. Needless to say, its not working 😞 Now when i try to disconnect my fitbit from ww, i get the 500 error. Kinda ridiculous this hasnt been fixed in 2over 2 years.

@michmich79 Exact same issue here. Super annoying. WW app and Fitbit app tech department are zero help. Annoying.

Ditto, I Have tried to delete both apps.. re-download...unsync fitbit to WW.... Then after i did that I got the error 500... BLAH

I am having the same problem. In order to get my fitbit to sync with my weight watchers app, i need to revoke access every day and then reconncect. I'm sure fitbit says this is a Weight watchers issue but I doubt it. My fitbit does whatever it wants. I still can't figure out why my maps don't show up anymore when I run or bike outside. Very frustrating and the fitbit site is no hep at all.

My fitbit One app is not syncing correctly with my WW app. It is overcalculating steps and recording double exercise.

Welcome to the forums!

I would disconnect it from WW and then go back and reconnect it.

But my guess is that the problem lies with WW. At least I'm not having a problem with it doing that.

Any resolution?  Having the same problem and ww and Fitbit tech are no help. Very frustrating.

 Weight watchers said they were working on the problem but it might be Fitbit  problem   

 Has not worked for me at all !  (  A couple of days I could input manually the information but nothing recently ).
