If it shows synced then on the dashboard Click on settings on the left hand side. Click on Applications and scroll until you find weight watchers. Then revoke access.
Go to WW and delete it there as well. Then try to sync again
If you are just waiting for it to sync to WW then sometimes it takes a while.

You can not try to sync it using the app. You need to do it on the computer. Its the only way

You can sync your Fitbit app and your Weight Watchers app. However you cannot sync Fibit to Apple Health (from my understanding), or Samsung S Health, or Google Fit, etc.
I am on Android, and I do have my Fitbit and Weight Watchers apps all synced up. Note: only activity, steps and weight will sync from Fitbit to Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers has a proprietary points system that doesn't share.
