Best AnswerI have been trying to connect for the first time and I try this process and am not even given the option to log into Fitbit - it takes me straight to an "error 404" page. I tried revoking access on Fitbit and it still does it. Any further suggestions?
Best AnswerI have tried this several times; it does not work. I have Fitbit Charge HR and using an Android phone. Have tried it on both my phone and on my computer.
Best AnswerI am also getting that same message. Neither Fitbit tech support or Weight Watcher tech support has been able to help. Hope someone has the solution.

Hey @Sarahliz123, @MamawG45 and @FitBek! I would like you to double check that you're following this procedure to connect both accounts.
If after confirming this, you're still having issues. Please contact Weight Watchers so they can continue helping you.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
