I use to be able to sync my wellworks with my Fitbit but its no longer an option. I use my wellworks for work and get money off my imsinsura if I get so many points. Don't know why it can't be done anymore

Thanks for reaching out about this. At this moment we do not have any reported issues on the matter. Maybe you could try and contact your Wellness Program provider about this.
Additionally, please try to remove the connection and then set it up again.

I have the same problem. None of my steps transfer. I am not entering all the data manually that’s way too many days.

I have the same problem. Wellworks informed me that it’s affecting iPhone users who updated to iOS 13. Contact your Wellworks rep for more info.

This issue has continued and wellworks states we need to contact fitbit.
