Ok, so after some time and lots of talking with you lovely I think I have finally got my head around the whole MFP and FitBit saga...
So I'm logging all food on MFB, and activity through FitBit.
So how should I set my calories burned goal?
MFP said I should consume 1650 calories per day (I wish to lose 0.25kg per week, at sedentary level, with 3x 30mins activity per week)
I under stand I can eat the 1650, and any Exercise calories I get added to that.
So how do I work out my Calorie Burned goal on FitBit? Its currently set at 2500
Yesterdays stats on MFP Exercise feed read...
FitBit Calories Burned -2434
MyFitnessPal Calories Burned -1972 (what I ate)
FitBit Calorie Adjustment - 520

@ChelleBelle2708 You can find useful information to create a food plan and set the appropriate calories burned goal according to your needs here. It is recommended speaking with a doctor before starting your new plan. Have a nice day!
