Which Fitbit Partner App syncs heart rate?

Hello,

I just got a Fitbit Alta HR. I'm very happy with the bracelet and its app but very unhappy that it doesn't sync with Apple Health.

I'm looking for an alternative way to sync the data. I tried the Sync Solver app. It seems ok but there are two important cons. First, it only tracks one data by day. So if you take a nap in the middle of the afternoon it won't be synced as it already synced the night data. The second con and the most important for me is that it doesn't sync the heart rate data. They say only partner API apps can do that and Fitbit didn't accept their request to use the partner API.

So I'm searching for an app that is partner and which will be able to sync all my Fitbit data including heart rate. And that is also compatible with Apple health so I can then sync all my data to Apple. Phew! What a complexity to be able to use your data by Apple! Hope Fitbit will reconsider its position in the future and connect its data directly to Apple.

Anyway, does anybody know which apps can do what I'm looking for?

Thanks

Hi Roberto, thanks for your answer! I have been using Sync Solver but as
you said there are some limitations. I also voted for the feature request.
Hope Fitbit will answer to it soon! I would be happy to be able to sync my
data. And it would be a pity if people start buying another brand, using
Apple watches or whatever just because of this issue. As I like the brand I
prefer it to keep growing.

Hi there @Valarie3112, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm afraid there is no recent updates. However you can join the suggestion I've shared before to show your support and interest.

Note this changes are not immediately and may take some time as new suggestions and ideas keep being added in to future version of our trackers or the Fitbit app in relation to functionality. Just want to reassure we are always listening your feedback.

I'm not suggesting this as a workaround, but we have integrated the same principles oriented to fitness with our newest Fitbit Ionic tracker. Just as an additional note take a look to our main website: https://www.fitbit.com/ionic

See you later and stay tuned to the Fitbit Community!
