Will Strava Duplicate Data or Does it Override?

I just got a Flex and linked it with Strava. My question is: If I go for a run while wearing the fitbit and using Strava on my phone, will that duplicate the information for the activity or does the Strava info override the Fitbit data? I didn't see this question answered elsewhere...Thanks!

I have linked mine to strava and I see duplicates.  How can I fix that?

I was mistakenly starting my charge HR by pressing the button down for 3 seconds and at the same time starting Strava.  I figured out how to delete the duplicates but my daily and weekly totals did not adjust.  How do you do that and why wouldnt that be automatic when I delete the duplicates?
