Withings integration error: The callback URL is either absent or incorrect

Earlier this year, I recieved a Jawbone tracker and a Withings smart body analyzer scale; however, I didn't care for the Jawbone and just bought the Fitbit ChargerHR. So This afternoon I have been trying to link my new fitbit account with the Withings scale and cannot successfully download my scale's data using the connection wizzard. I have tried using the resource provided on the fitbit site (https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings) on three different computers (IOS X and two different PCs), but keep getting an error alert concerning the Callback Url that states the following:

Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: The callback URL is either absent or incorrect.

Is there any way that I can sync my scale to my fitbit app? Thanks in advance for any/all suggestions regarding this concern!

I'm having the same error about the callback URL.  I wonder if something changed on the withings.com side of things and fitbit hasn't made the change yet?

Yes you can, se e the fitbit help article on this subject.

Thanks Rich for trying to be helpful!

However, as previously stated in my question, I have been trying to use the Withings connection wizzard that is attached on the fitbit help article regarding this issue and am still not able to connect. Please let me know if you know of any remedies to this issue. Thanks again! 🙂

Something has changed with the Withings Connection Wizard and it is no longer working.  I get the same error you are getting. (Found your post while looking for solutions myself.)

It worked fine a couple of months ago.  After setting up new accounts and devices this week, though, I cannot get it to work for me again.  Same error message mentioned above.

I sent a tweet to their support address. Hoping they can fix it soon.

Been having that same issue an error message myself. I was a long time user of Withings Pulse since it first came out and also have their scale. Recently changed to a Fitbit Charge HR and love it. Only wish I could sync and transfer all my data to my Fitbit account. Hope to hear some good news soon.

As a followup, FitBit support on Twitter referred me to Withings instead.  I just submitted a support request through the Withings site now.  We'll see if they can get it resolved.

I too am having the same problem.  I just spoke with Fitibt support and they were unaware of the issue, do not know the cause, and do not know when it will be fixed.  They are supposed to follow up with me via email on Monday.

I'll add my name to the list of users having the same issue.

Add me to the list of frustrated users having the same problem.

I sent an email to Withings along with a screenshot. We'll see what they say.

Thanks so much pmkelly for verifying my concerns and for following up with how you're proceding. If possible, please keep me posted if you find out any new information from Withings. Inspired by you- I too am going to try to get ahold of Withings support...

Personally, it looks like Withings deleted their url connection that linked the connection wizzard with fitbit. So we'll see what they say...

Just wanted to add in and say that I've got the same problem. The connection was working late May when my wife set her's up, but when I tried June 19th it was broken.

Same issue here.  Frustrating but good to see the problem is consistent so hopefully a solution will come quickly.

st called Fitbit. After talking with multiple people I was told there is an issue and the engineers are trying to resolve the problem. However, they will not provide an estimate resolution date. The phone tech said keep trying it periodically and in the next couple of days to a week the issue will be resolved.

I have opened an incident. It may help if other people call in
