Earlier this year, I recieved a Jawbone tracker and a Withings smart body analyzer scale; however, I didn't care for the Jawbone and just bought the Fitbit ChargerHR. So This afternoon I have been trying to link my new fitbit account with the Withings scale and cannot successfully download my scale's data using the connection wizzard. I have tried using the resource provided on the fitbit site (https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings) on three different computers (IOS X and two different PCs), but keep getting an error alert concerning the Callback Url that states the following:
Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: The callback URL is either absent or incorrect.
Is there any way that I can sync my scale to my fitbit app? Thanks in advance for any/all suggestions regarding this concern!

We are having the same problem.
My partners data is feeding to his fitbit account from his withings scale.... but he had linked the accounts previously.
I am unable to link my fitbit account to the same scales and getting the same error.

On my computer (not mobile), when I try to use the Fitbit instructions to add my withings scale (article referenced here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Can-my-Withings-scale-link-to-my-Fitbit-account/?... after the first step of entering credentials, when I select account (there is only one, although there used to be a few, I get the "Please fix the following errors:

Just got an email from Withings that the problem was solved.
I tried it and can confirm that it is working now. Go ahead and link your accounts!

I am having the same frustrating problem as all the rest of you; and I received the same email stating that Withings had fixed the issue. I just tried linking / syncing Withings to Fitbit and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!
I am so dang frustrated with both Withings and Fitbit right now, it's not even funny 😞

@GymCat14- I hope I don't frustrate you with this suggestion, but have you cleared your browser cache and deleted all cookies from the FitBit and Withings sites? That's the first suggestion I got from FitBit support, and I suppose it might be reasonable advice. Of course, this assumes the sites are indeed both still operational and haven't somehow broken again.
I am sure we will hear back from others here as well if they are still having issues. Sorry to hear it's not working for you.

User ID and Public Key do not match. Withings has had me change the public key a few times; to no avail. I'm about ready to trash my Withings scale and pay the $150 to get the Aria scale that is made by Fitbit, but I am on a tight budget.

I cleared the cache & cookies, rebooted my computer, put my email in all lower-case and it _finally_ linked Withings to FitBit!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! You guys helped me more in 30 minutes than either Withings or FitBit has helped me in the past 30 days!!!! You are awesome!!!

Can someone tell me how to get my photo on my community identity?
I have a photo on my FitBit personal preference page; shouldn't it just link to the community?

Same here, confirmed working as well on Wednesday, finally!!
