Hi,
I linked/unlinked fitbit and withings numerous times but for some reason I´m not able to use Download Withings Data feature (Import all your historical Withings data into Fitbit).
In addition the scale does not appear in my devices as it used to... How can I solve it? I already clear cache, cookies, etc

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware, Withings Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.
Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.
