Best AnswerI'm extremely happy to say Thank You Fitbit for fixing this issue! I was ready to give up on it considering the lack of responses in the past for other issues but at least this time it was fixed.
Thanks!!
Best AnswerYes Fitbit, you fixed this, normally I would do like a lot of people here and say thank you, but this time I won't. Issues like this should never take this long to correct, and the communication to affected users none exciting. How much time did it actually take a engineer to find the root cause? 30-60 minutes?
Next wearable won't be a fitbit, they are very nice, but issues like this over and over again is not acceptable.
Mine works too now ![]()
It didn't overrite my manual entries so after sycing I had it twice for one day. Had to delete the manually added.

Hey Everyone- the fix is in, finally! You will need to reconnect your scale again.
Glad to see it's working and thank you so much for your patience.

Working now.
Best AnswerI really hope this isn't part of some harebrained scheme that your marketing department came up with to try to sell more scales and make your platform not properly integrate.
I know the company is struggling and the stock price is in the dump, but you aren't going to get "back to good" by doing things like this which make the platform not work properly for 2 weeks at a time. Between this, battery issues on new devices that seem to be done on purpose to force purchase of new devices, and the massive in-app ads for new things... I am losing faith that fitbit is a viable platform.
After using the link to re-establish the connection between Withings and Fitbit, my weight data is syncing again.

I just wish Fitbit could have fixed this more quickly.
Thank you.
Best AnswerWorking for me as well. I also had to delete all my manual entries, but that's ok, at least it's working!!!
