Withings to Fitbit weight & fat alternative integration

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,
I developed WeightNet, a web integration to transmit all new weight and fat measures from Withings to Fitbit automatically.

To transfer the historical data, you can use the WeightHub desktop app.

Both are available from www.weemple.com

Best Regards,
Mark

Awesome work Mark. Thank you so much!

I just tested it and it works very fast, within minutes I see my weight and fat in the Fitbit App.

And Fitbit is still working on a solution...even for months now and you created such an easy solution within a few days.

You`re great. Thanks! 🙂

Hello everyone!

It seems to be working for almost everyone.

Could you confirm that you have been able to sync Withings and Fitbit without any issues?

Look forward to your reply.

@LanuzaFitbit this thread is about an alternative integration. It worked before the return of the Fitbit solution. And it continue to work.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

Glad to read that the alternative you developed has been working properly and continues to do so. I apologize if it seemed like I was trying to hijack the thread.

Feel free to let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Incredible, Mark!

Almost is working well but time stamp looks different. Because I'm in Japan.

I hope you will change the code to use local time.

Thanks

Hi @tetora, thanks a lot to report this issue!

I updated the code.

Please can you try and confirm if the problem was been solved?

Thanks!

Sorry for late reply.

I confirmed everything is perfect!

Thanks!

I wasn't converting date & time received from Withings with user timezone (others suppliers don't require this).

I fixed this issue also on the app, the update was released today.

Thanks again!

We discovered that an update prevented new users to receive new measurements from Withings.

We are sorry for this.

If this was applicable to you, please remove Withings from source and then add it back again, to reactivate it!

Thanks and Best Regards.

We done many improvements, and we increased the connectivity.

If you also get the WeightHub app, please remember to review it on the store. We need your feedback!

Be more connected with the Fitbit world!

Thanks a lot!

Excuse me but, I think the app for almost 15 euros is to expensive for doing what naturally must be made by fitbit software!

I just tried WeightNet and it did transfer my withings weight but it only does to the nearest

pound and does not include the 10th of a pound.  So i still have to resort to manual entry.

Best Answer

Mark,

Thanks for the alternative sync solution!

Do weight measurements transfer to the nearest whole pound, or to the nearest 0.1 pound?
