I bought the scale, I bought the wristband, until fitbit makes a device that monitors pulse, blood pressure, or blood sugar I'm not buying anything more, but I am beuing barraged by advertisements on YouTube.  This makes no sense - I've already bought the product.  These advertisements WASTE my time and COST Fitbit MONEY.

Please stop this silliness or I will start clicking on the advertisements and that will cost Fitbit even MORE money.

@James-Is-James  Actually, the problem isn't Fitbit. It's your web browser. It knows where you've been and what you've bought.

A friend of mine was given a bracelet by her brother. She linked me to the site where I could see the bracelet and the description. Since I visited that site, I would see the bracelet advertised on other places online, as well as other items of like it. Your web browser does this. Google and Bing do it.

Clean your history and your cache. That should help you.

Welcome to the forums @dbesser

I think the ads are to let us know the new devices that are currently for sale. Easy enough to ignore those ads or any others that pop up. You can get a pop up blocker to use.
