My device syncs fine with my phone, but no longer syncs to the Weight Watchers app. I've reinstalled, reconnected and rebooted everything from both sides. WW says Fitbit is connected, but Fitbit says the WW app is not available for my device. They worked fine together until April 18. What happened?

3rd party app connections are not tracker dependent. You are connecting your Fitbit account, not the actual tracker. Where did you read that the Zip is not compatible?
