I got an email, I think, from FitBit informing me that I could now sync it with the WW's site. The first time I clicked the link, it did not work, but after that it's worked perfectly.
Hooray, for FitBit and WW for working together to help us in our efforts to get and remain healthy !

I revoked access to WW on my fitbit account and now I can't deactivate my fitbit on the WW site. I couldn't get on the page for a few days but I was also having trouble with my internet. I want to give access back to fitbit and WW but am not able to. Anyone know how to reactivate??

Are they selling Fitbits in the meeting or selling their Active links? My fitbit has been syncing ok. I prefer the fitbit so I do not have to pay a monthly maint fee the Active link requires. So far pretty happy. Hope you get things fixed with yours.

I apologize for the trouble you've all had in syncing with Weight Watchers - per this recent post, they are investigating the issue from their end, and are working hard on resolving it as quickly as possible.

I'm having problems getting the data synced for my Fitbit Flex to WW. I contacted WW and they said to contact Fitbit. I've emailed support. It synced for two days (last Thursday and Friday) but nothing since. Any ideas?

I too am having difficulty syncing my new fitbit. I used the WW active link 2.0 and LOVED it. Now, I can't register any ap's with my fitbit. Considering going back to AL. WW told me to contact fitbit. I am a little frustrated.
BTW..WW new program is the BOMB!!! Ive lost 50 lbs!!!

do you know how to get it to sych your food tracking to your fitbit dashbaord? I have it set so the activity points show up on my WW app but not the other way around?
