I don't think that is an option. That would be nice.

my fit flex does not sync daily either.  Don't understand why when it has the permission under applications.....

I need to reconnect weight watchers everyday. Will not be renewing if this doesn't get fixed. WW isn't the best at fixing things quickly.

I just chatted with Weight Watchers and they said that the Fitbit Zip is calibrated to 10,000 steps before it will log activity points onto our weight watchers activity logs. So anything after 10,0000 steps is supposed to start syncing on the WW log.   I rarely get in 10,000 steps....so this syncing process is useless to me.

I got a Fitbit Flex and started using it on Tuesday, I am wondering why during the night sometime it will sync with Weight Watchers but I can't get it to sync during the day?  I have my Fitbit syncing regularly and I want to see it show up on my WW activity points especially after I've completed my exercise for the day.  It does me no good to see that I earned 14 activity points in the middle of the night.  But it would be valuable information for later during the day when I am running low on points and would like to add something?  Can anybody tell me how to get it to sync to WW frequently?  I have been on several chats with WW and they cant seem to figure it out.  Thanks

for me 1 exercise point = 1 mile or 2500 steps so I can usually figure out about where I am. It always goes with lower number if in between miles.......
May God Bless you today and every day.

My WW Leader always praises the FitBit. Who ever told you this is not well informed. The fact that there are other devices listed on WW shows that can not be a true statement. Bottom Line - What ever works for you to keep you motivated. Being at your ideal weight is what it's all about. All about the Bass!

I know that WW programers team can be a bit lame. I am a computer scripter and tester,a nd if I put a product out like this, They show me the door, but having said that, something is better than nothing and calling them with your concerns is the ONLY was they will know there is a problem.

My WW account shows that my fit bit one is connected however nothing shows up in my Activity Tracker setting.  It shows 0. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem but if I close out of WW and then go back into it my fitbit activity typically will show up. If I’m checking on my phone it seems like it takes a bit longer for it to update but it eventually does. I am loving how it always shows up at the end of the day so that I can see how many activity points I actually earned.

do everyting, and let it be for about 30 minutes. Then go back and try the routine again. From the feedback I have gotten this should work. Also I do know that WW was having Netwrok issues this last weekend and at least up to Monday.

It can take up to 12 hours (maybe longer but 12 is the logest I have seen) to show up. My wifes was very slow. But you may want to up do everything, wait about 30 and try again. But after it is all in place, you may have to wait until tl the next day before you say it's not working.

Also You need to do about 10K steps for you to get 1 activity point! Or you can do excercise. (When you hold th buttong, do your excercise, than hold the button to end it)

They are VERY bad at getting their technology up to snuff. This is going to hurt them.

I would not say it's useless. The fact that you know you are not doing 10K steps may be an indication you need to walk just a littel more. I barely do 10K per day, but I make it a point to do that extra walk, or steps to get there. I am  consistantly losing1~2 llbs per week. Comon - You can do this.

Nope. It doesn't work. It lasts for about a day or two then stops tracking. Weight Watchers is a joke. Someone should buy them out and get them out of the 1980s. If they can't get their act together to make their app work (there are other issues) then they shouldn't have one. It's disgusting.
