how do I get my fitbit app to sync with my netdiaryapp

I want to sync my calories to my fit bit app from my net diary app I have all the correct things done they are linked already and I have the net diary maximum app but I don't know how to sync them throughout the day.

@bertrands_24 Hey there! After you link to Fitbit, MyNetDiary performs automatic data exchange once a day or within several minutes after you enter foods in MyNetDiary, one exchange per hour. In case you do not log foods in MyNetDiary for 10 contiguous days, MyNetDiary stops exchanging your data with Fitbit. When you start logging foods, MyNetDiary resumes Fitbit exchanges.
