Hi @bettysette, To link your Fitbit and Runkeeper accounts, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to RunKeeper.
  2. Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner and choose Connected Apps.
  3. In the top right corner choose My Apps and scroll down to Fitbit.
  4. Click Connect to Fitbit. You'll be taken to Fitbit and asked to allow authorization.
  5. Log in with your Fitbit credential to link your accounts.

Keep in mind this is a one-way integration meaning your Fitbit data will sync to Runkeeper but not vice versa. You can also manually log your RunKeeper stats on the Log section of your Fitbit account.

I've gone ahead and moved this post to the Third-Party Integrations board so that others may find it. Hope you get to enjoy a nice long run this weekend!

As of now, this no longer seems to be working?  Just bought a new FitBit Force, and now unable to follow these steps for integration.  Any ideas?

You can also use SyncMetrics to sync RunKeeper activities with Fitbit, including weight and sleep data. Besides RunKeeper it also help you synchronize and analyze fitness and health data from Cycling Analytics, FatSecret, Garmin, iHealth, MapMyFitness, Nike+, Strava and Withings

I sync Runkeeper -> MFP - Fitbit and data flows to all three. I have noticed that my Aria data doesn't update all of the time to Runkeeper. Might have something to do with MFP's admitted difficulty of syncing with Fitbit. All of my Runkeeper activities and MFP food logs have no problem getting to Fitbit.

Weight Syncing from Fitbit to other sites is down with a notification trigger, lately Fitbit notifications have been behind or not triggered at all. At SyncMetrics we are working on alternate way to sync aria weight to the different sites we sync to just to make sure we don't loose any data. We don't sync with MFP yet but we are working on that one too.

Just wondering how long it takes for your workout to sync from your fitbit flex to your runkeeper?

I just bought my fitbit flex today and I have linked it to me runkeeper account (i think) but my workout is not showing up on my runkeeper?

Thanks, Tastybrew! I had been using Syncmetrics to sync my runs between RunKeeper and Fitbit, but with that service's demise, I've been strugglling to find a way to do it. I tried using the Fitbit app to track my run and let it sync the other way, to Runkeeper, but it didn't work. Your suggestion did the trick - I set up a MyFitnessPal account, linked it to both Fitbit and Runkeeper, and this morning my run (tracked with Runkeeper's iPhone app) had synced into Fitbit before I got into the shower.
