Has anyone upgraded to iTrackbites Pro so they can sync their fibit with the app?

There has to be another way to get in touch with them. Maybe through Facebook or Twitter? Unfortunately asking them directly is the only way to move forward in this case.

I have iTrackBites Pro and have been unsuccessful following the syncing steps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps several times. When I click on the connecting button to link to Fitbit, the next screen where you allow the integration, I click allow and nothing happens. Is there anything else I can do?
