And even though the MS store say's it's from fitbit, Fitbit doesn't seem to know about it! (ask support ANY question about the MS store app and see what they say!)
Best AnswerMore details are likely needed to really solve your problem. But have you tried any these quick fixes:
Log out of the app and in again (this often fixes sync problems I find)
Restart the app.
Make sure the USB dongle is plugged in properly (and has the permission to be used)
Restart the tablet.
Reinstall the Fitbit app
