I am having trouble syncing my fit bit to my fitness pal.
does anyone know what the problem is ?

I have the same problem. It sees that it is connected but doesn't sync. Did you connect your device in settings?

I have the same problem. Mine stopped syncing with My Fitness Pal in August. Uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, disconnected and reconnected both but no luck
