Hello @ellen9 I saw this is the first time you visit the Fitbit Community, so let me give you a warm welcome!

 

If you are not able to see your steps on MFP lets do the following:

 

Go to your MFP app and open the Menu and select Steps > Here you'll see the Fitbit Tracker option for MFP recognized the steps from your tracker. Make sure is selected as the screenshot shows.
