Activity hours

I have had servers dident watcher of this brand avery singer one has trouble to register activity hours in the app. 
I have to walk “extra steps” to make it register in the app, even when I see the hour register in the app it will at random times delete that hour for no reason. I have tried everything over the years. Updates, restart, login out deleting the app everything. And all I get back is that they will look in to it. 
im so sick and tired of not having my work registered. Will never by another Fitbit due to the poor app quality. 
phase anyone a actual solution?

Hi @Miis  - try aa all day clock face such as SimpleClockPro which does active hours and hourly steps directly on the watch (even if the app is wrong) with multiple reminders to move and drink and many other features.
