Hello, tried several times now to delete and return app turned off my phone but I still cannot adjust the sleep function to different times just seems to default to odd times which is useless also affected is the activity timings as well. Can anyone help? I’ve even adjusted to 24hr clock. Have an iPhone 14 and live in GB so wonder if this has anything to do with clocks going back??

I have exactly the same issue, my Fitbit was set for sleep at 10pm and to wake at 7am, now it’s on 5pm-2am and even following the instructions, it won’t reset it, very frustrating

Always the same every time our UK clocks change. I spent hours last time trying to resolve sleep times, activity hours, resetting the watch, deleting the app and so on. Nothing worked. A few days later it resolved on it's own. Fitbit don't appear to care sadly! I am getting fed up of not only this but so frequently my App says I haven't completed any hours of activity at all. I reset my watch, delete and reinstall the App but with no success. I had a Garmin before this tracker and never had an issue. Time for a change before I go mad!
