Alarm vibration on new Versa 4 not detectable

I received my new Versa 4 yesterday.  This is my 4th Fitbit, Charge2, 2 Versa2, and now Versa4. Even on strong, this vibrate is barely detectable, and certainly not enough to actually alert me. How do I get a replacement? A Fitbit without alerts is not useful.

Hi @mark8adams - if you had a Versa 2 before where the vibration was good you will certainly notice the vibration on Versa 4 watches is barely detectable.

Before going to a replacement for a fault, check the vibration properly.

There are 8 basic different vibrations but the easiest to check it out is to simply setup a test alarm which has the strongest of the vibrations but it will definitely be weaker than on a Versa or Versa 2.
