I cant log into amazon to set up alexa on Versa 4 as it takes me to US site and my amazon and alexa account is UK. Followed all the steps from the Fitbit app with no other problems but need to get to amazon.co.uk Any help will be appreciated.

Go to the US site and log in if the correct region is setup, it should auto-adjust.

Do you use the Alexa skills?

Do you have the Amazon Alexa app  also installed on your mobile device?

In the meantime, make sure that the location on your phone, Fitbit app and Amazon Alexa app (if installed) are on the UK or your preferred one.

Hi Juan, thanks for the message.

I have the Alexa Fitbit skills working on my echo dots at home and also have the Alexa app on my mobile.

Location is correct on all devices (set to UK)
