Allow to download apps on Versa 4

How unfair is it for us Canadians too not even be able too use the versa 4, especially since we spent hundreds of dollars n now it's just a glorified Walmart watch, ridiculous... This needs too be fixed asap !!!😡

Hi @MsStylez - the Versa 4 does not allow loading apps, irrespective of country.

if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Well then I'm fked cuz I got it for Xmas & only opened & set it up now... &
that doesn't change anything except that not only is it  stupid & a
ripp off but totally unfair, especially for the price. Should just not sell
it in Canada at all if it's guna be unfairly not letting Canadian use all
features 🙄 😒

As mentioned by our friend Guy_  the Versa 4 hasn't Supported 3rd party apps, independently from your location. 

The same Fitbit developed apps, can be installed on the Versa 4, in Canada as in the U.S.

I agree! Just got mine today because my Versa 3 stopped working.....I'm missing ALL my apps!

I feel your pain!! I’m TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! I also found many complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding the Fitbit Company. Even after reading those I bought the Versa 4. It’s going back to the store.
