I just upgraded from versa 3 to 4 (after using inspire, charge 3, 4, 5). And noticed that the display as some glitches on the left side when I scroll through the menus, is specially noticeable when it's on written menus. Is it just me? Does this happens after the latest update?

Hi there, @Luckass. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.
Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope this helps.

Hey @MarreFitbit I tried restarting, for what it looks like, it's not the clock face, but something on the screen itself, I can see it in any screen mode, or menu. As it brand new (unpacked today) I'll try to use for a couple more time and see how It goes before returning if the issue persists

I've noticed the same. It looks like diagonal screen tearing. So it is probably a software issue Fitbit needs to solve.

Yes, that's exactly it. Happy to know it isn't an issue on hardware. But this gets me curious and asking how versa 4 is so buggy, given that versa 3 was so stable.

I'm so glad I accidentally came across this thread, I have the same diagonal line/glitch on the bottom left, however I thought I had done it myself, that I had accidentally caught the screen on something, with it only being 3 days old I was so scared😅😂 nice to know it's possibly not me and a few other people notice it
