The app and watch aren't syncing correctly. I exercised, and it showed only 3 calories burned and zero zone minutes, which is entirely inaccurate. However, it did track my steps and heart rate, suggesting I should have burned more calories and had plenty of zones.

Sad to hear that you're still having issues syncing your Versa 4.
Please check for any available updates for your Fitbit app by visiting either Google Play store or Apple App Store on your phone. Also please see if there's a firmware update for your Versa 4's firmware:
