App isn’t showing previous history or new tracking for heart rate

I’ve recently noticed that my app isn’t showing me any historic heart rates or isn’t tracking any new ones, it constantly says ‘no data’ even though I wear the watch all day, and have worn it for months. All other stats are tracking daily fine, but for some reason the heart rate isn’t tracking on the graph properly for daily stats. It tracks on the watch absolutely fine during the day and in the app it acknowledges what zones I’m in but isn’t loading it.

I’ve reset my phone, turned Bluetooth on and off, factory reset my watch, restarted the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted the watch from my app and re added it, logged out of the app and back in, my phone and app are all upto date and everything is synced, and NOTHING is working!! I have no idea what else I can do to help with this!!

I’m in exactly the same quandary, I have tried all the reset options to no avail, the history was all there a couple of days back but has now gone, the data however is showing on my iPad ! The only ting that has change is my iPhone updated

IOS 18.11 last night, so not sure if that’s relevant.

I have the exact same issue. My watch is showing heart rate however app shows no data. I have raised this concern with fitbit support but haven’t received any update yet. They say their team is working on…

Adding to this, it started happening to me yesterday. I no longer have sleep data or Health Metrics. My daily calories burned have also significantly decreased.

What I can’t understand is that it’s working on my iPad but not my iPhone, still makes me wonder if it’s the last IOS update on the phone ???

both iPad and iPhone are setup the same in the Fitbit app 🤔🤔

Yes,may be. Because i have also tried the same on my android tab and it worked there. May be it’s the ios 18.1.1 update that’s causing the issue.

Can’t seem to find a direct way to report this issue to Fitbit, every time I find a route that I think I can report the issue via I get bot answers and seem to go round in circles, very frustrating! Does anyone know a way of reporting this to Fitbit?

I have the same issue.  Fitbit told me my watch is broken. I ordered a new versa4 and still no data for heart rate.  So i wasted money on a new watch. Now they are having me wear watch on dominant wrist.  It still shows no data.  They are thinking its my body.  I need it to work. I have done all the resets on watch updates. Deleted  app and reinstalled. Still not working.  Very frustrated.  Got a new watch for nothing.

I have just had a long conversation with Fitbit help desk and they went through various checks with me (all of which I had previously done) which resulted in  escalating the fault up line, I had a promise that they would email me with a conclusion, I will post this on the forum on receiving it.

Still not heard from Fitbit! However have been searching the community further and 1post suggested Close Fitbit app then change clock on to 24 hr mode on iPhone then reopen Fitbit app.

I tried this and it worked ………………..
