App isn’t showing previous history or new tracking for heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve recently noticed that my app isn’t showing me any historic heart rates or isn’t tracking any new ones, it constantly says ‘no data’ even though I wear the watch all day, and have worn it for months. All other stats are tracking daily fine, but for some reason the heart rate isn’t tracking on the graph properly for daily stats. It tracks on the watch absolutely fine during the day and in the app it acknowledges what zones I’m in but isn’t loading it.

I’ve reset my phone, turned Bluetooth on and off, factory reset my watch, restarted the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted the watch from my app and re added it, logged out of the app and back in, my phone and app are all upto date and everything is synced, and NOTHING is working!! I have no idea what else I can do to help with this!!

Once apple updated their phones and ipads to 18.1.1 update the fitbit app stopped working as far as heart rate history is concerned. You need to phone and complain. Hopefully they willfix it soon.  They told me initially it was my watch was broken so i bought a new one.  I am out the cost now. Its not the watch its their fitbit app.

Force close fitbit app. Then switch your phone’s time to 24 hours. Then open your fitbit app and sync your watch.

Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

Press and hold home button so you could see all open apps. In iPhone we usually don’t close apps but here you will need to hold home screen button and slide up the fitbit app. this will stop running the app in background. Then change the phone’s time to 24 hours and open fitbit app and sync your watch. Hope this helps 😊

Same here! I was asked to sign in yesterday on the app with Fitbit or Google.  I chose Fitbit and all my data disappeared, including yesterday's stats.

I only lost the heart rate data, managed to resolve this by setting my iPhone clock to 24 hrs, see previous posts.

Have not migrated to google yet, have stayed with Fitbit

I just resigned in with fitbit and lost everything.   I have an android phone, so not just an apple issue.

Interesting i thought it was just the spple phones.  This proves its a fitbit error.  Please phone and complain. Ask to speak to a supervisor.  Explain its since the last fitbit update 4.3.   Its all phones.  So its a fitbit error and not an apple error. Thanks

Same issue with and Android.  It has been since December 14th with the last update and no info showing other then daily, not weekly or monthly.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset, updated and more and no changes.

hopefully it is fixed soon.
