App not working

Fitbit app closes as soon as I open it. I have restarted iPhone, reinstalled app and have nothing else running in background. Can anyone help

Whew! Although it’s an irritating situation, it’s good to know that my alarm wasn’t the only one that didn’t work yesterday (or today). It’sa good thing my husband woke up early yesterday or he’d have been late for work.

I’m having the same issue, app crashes on my iPhone intermittently when I open it, seems to have started after the last update.

I’ve managed to open it and login but now it’s back to just closing every time I open it 😓

Not sure if this helps but I’ve just opened the app and it’s working. Haven’t done anything to it.

I spoke too early, it’s crashing again

If I put my phone in airplane mode I can open the app, even though I can’t really do anything. But if either the cell or WiFi is on the app immediately crashes.

Looks like mine stopped working properly around mid afternoon yesterday. Now it’s doing exactly same as yours!!

Very annoying & I’ve received no notifications of a problem so I thought it was just me.
