I bought a defective Versa 4 in March and I was asked to ship it back in order to get a replacement. After waiting for 2 months, i was informed that a replacement is not possible and that i will get a refund. now after waiting for another 2 months, i still didn't receive any refund!
This has been the most frustrating customer experience i ever had!

hello, yes I have contacted the support team several times but they didn't provide any solution. I was informed I need to wait for 3 to 6 weeks, it has been 2 months already since April 30th!
