Brand new versa 4 isn't give pairing code

I have a brand new versa 4 and it won't give me a pairing code on my device. I have done the factory reset and it starts to go on flashes then does a red x at the end. I have turned off my Bluetooth, and made sure no other phones in house had Bluetooth on and it still has red x. Won't do anything else. Is there anything I can do to get my watch to work??

Hi @Taranie It sounds defective. I'd suggest you return it to the store you bought it from for a replacement . If you got it from the Fitbit Online Store then contact Fitbit Support
