I got a new Versa 4 today and when setting it up, the Versa 4 Calls device keeps disconnecting from my iPhone 12. It worked one time and has since continually, consistently disconnected.
When I click on Versa 4 Calls on my bluetooth devices, I get "Connection Unsuccessful. Make sure Versa 4 Calls is turned on and in range." with an Ok button.
My Versa 4 and iPhone 12 are beside each other, so range is not an issue.
I have rebooted both phone and versa several times. I've turned off bluetooth, notifications, etc. I've restarted the fitbit app. Nothing is working.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Please make sure your iPhone is running on iOS 15 or later to meet Fitbit's current system requirements:
