Is it possible to request a clock face? I upgraded from the versa 2 to the 4 and disappointed in the clock faces there's not even one i like. I had pink mood on the versa 2 and was not happy I couldn't get it on my new one. 😭

Hello @Amber_Louise and welcome to the Community.  I found two clock faces named Pink Mood in the Gallery.  Both are by third party developers.  Fitbit didn't release a software development kit for the Sense 2 and Versa 4.  The number of third party clocks for the Sense 2/Versa 4 is very limited.  So, I don't think so.  Sorry.

Hi @Amber_Louise - if it is a recent purchase Didi you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You may still be able to get another Versa 2 or 3 which have the features you need.
