Not recording properly

Hi, I've currently got a Fitbit versa 4 and Its not seeming to be recording properly. Firstly I've done several factory resets on the watch over the last couple of weeks which now I seem to have to do every 2-3 days which is frustrating. It's never recorded a full night's sleep and always seems to stop recording after 2-3 hours. And now when I'm doing a workout on my exercise bike it's not picking cardio heart rate up. Now I'm on setting 5/8 on the bike so that's got a bit of push to it and I've been hitting speeds of 26+ and it still doesn't pick up my heart rate and I've noticed that if I check my watch then the heart rate drops even when I'm exercising.

Don't know what to do because now it's out of the return window on Amazon even though I've only had it since the 12th May 2023 and I rely on my watch to keep up with my steps, exercise, sleep etc

Hi @Sara8610 - you may be chasing the impossible. It is a known problem to not detect heart rate correctly during exercising or repetitive movements.

If you are meeting the sleep conditions and not getting the results it may be faulty and should be replaced under warranty.
