Call notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

My versa sync constantly disconnects the calling feature doesn't work I have followed steps but my last step is charging the watch to see if a update is available

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, I'suggest having a closer look at 'Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?' following this link:

Also please make sure that the phone you're running the Fitbit app on does meet Fitbit's current system requirements as mentioned here:

Hi there, @Krisfromtenness. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the on-wrist call notifications are still not working on your Versa 4 despite all the steps you've done so far. 

Have you tried the steps provided by @Talahthas?

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you have reported this matter to our team and they already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here, please note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest. Also, since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

Hi @Krisfromtenness - did you try pulling down the watch face and turn off all the icons?
