Versa 4 won't connect to Alexa

I recently got a versa 4 and trying to set up the alexa it just says unable to connect, error connecting to your amazon account, ive cleared cookies, added the fitbit skill to my alexa app, on my actual amazon account it shows the versa 4 is registered but it seems to be an error on the actual fitbit app, ive uninstalled it, cleared cache from app, forced stopped app from my phone settings but nothing seems to be working, when is this expected to be sorted as its not a big issue but it should be able to add if stated on the fitbit specs otherwise its false advertisement.

Thanks for the heads up with this situation in regards to the Alexa app on your Versa 4.

I appreciate the steps you've follow to get this working, please, try the following:

- First uninstall the amazon shopping app from your mobile device.
- Go back to the fitbit amazon app and let the app set up your amazon account through your phone browser.
- Once you have completed this, try using alexa on your watch. If that works you can then reinstall the amazon shopping app on your phone and start using alexa.

Ive tried that and still not working, when you say fitbit amazon app is that a separate app to the fitbit app?
