Versa 4 calls don’t work won’t connect.

Hi there, @Henry38. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving your call notifications. I will do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, I suggest making sure you've set up your notifications as per this help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
