New Versa 4 won't charge

I have tried using all of the "My versa 4 won't charge" and my Versa 4 still won't charge. It is brand new and this is the first time I'm trying to charge it. Please help! I can't even use my fitbit that I got for a birthday present.

Hi @janewman - there may be a tiny bit of plastic still left on the back of the watch covering one if the contact pins. Carefully remove it, you may need a magnifying glass to see it.

Hi @CoriJ  - did you check the previous response just in case it is something simple?

If not check the charge cable - see all instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Yes, I tried all previous responses. Nothing. I am getting a new cord to see if that works.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting and have the same issue. Versa has been reset to factory settings and when I try and connect to my phone it comes up to enter the 4 digit code and nothing appears on the Fitbit. Fitbit stays black.

Have also ordered a new cord and nothing.

The charger may be missing one of the 4 prongs.  I ordered more chargers from Amazon.

New charging cord worked; however, it factory reset. So, we shall see what happens from here.

I have the same problem, has anyone managed to get through to a human to speak to?  I keep getting sent to a email address that wants £36 a month!
