Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Elenute128!
We're burning calories all day long, so it's normal to see calories burnt while sleeping. And as we're moving while sleeping there's also some "steps" counted during sleep. To get more information on that you might want to have a look here:

How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

To maximize step counting accuracy please have a closer look at "Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?" following the link I've provided above.

Hi,
I know we move while we sleep but is it right that it shows that I have
done 44 steps and burned 354 calories ? If it is then it means I am better
of staying in bed 🤣 this way I will burn more calories then I do exercise.
Kind regards

Thanks for your feedback, @Elenute128!

To improve sleep tracking and further minimize steps tracked mistakenly while sleeping, you might want to set a sleep schedule:

How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?

For more insights on how calories burned are calculated by Fitbit, please have a look here and make sure you've entered your physical data correctly in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age):
