My Versa 2 seems pretty accurate considering I usually walk 3 miles which is about 6k~ steps, including the hills I walk up. But my fitness app gives me a notification saying I’ve burned my goal of 230 calories when it should be more according to fitbit? My phone is in my walking belt so it may not realize my walking as compared to using the exercise feature on Versa. Is my Fitbit more accurate?

I have no idea what kind of data your fitness app has about you, but I your expect better calorie burn data from a tracker that is measuring your heart rate (Fitbit) than from one than is apparently just counting your steps.
